I woke up after seven. As usual, I took my baby to the living room, had him drink some milk, tidied up the room, did the laundry, and washed the dishes we used yesterday.

My baby falls asleep somehow when I play games while carrying him. These days, He sleeps in the morning and the afternoon, which gives me free time to do what I wanna do. That’s very good.

Today’s lesson was about “What do you do in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, at night?“.

My teacher was so friendly that I tried to use new words aggressively.

Tomorrow, the game Packers vs. Titans will be held. Green Bay is my favorite team and they will clinch the No.1 seed if they defeat Tennessee. So, this will be the most important game this season. I predict their victory with 40 to 38.

I woke up at just seven, but I was in my bed(futon) for half of an hour.

Today I cooked baby foods for the first time ever – I bought them in a supermarket so far. I added rice to water and heated it in a microwave for 5 minutes. And steam it for 5 minutes again, and grind it.

It looked like a paste so that I thought my baby could eat it. But it was a little too hard for an 8-month-old baby to eat. Be softer next time.

Today’s lesson is about “About city, my house”. After the lesson, I talked to myself “I really enjoyed it” naturally, which shows I relaxed talking with someone in English.

At night, I watched the conference of WRESTLE KINGDOM 15. Jay White’s English is very cool , so I learned him and repeat him.

I woke up after seven.

My baby fell asleep at half past nine. He got sleepy while I was carrying these days.

Today I went to an aquarium with my family. We took a bus which leads there directly.

My baby met fishes for the first time. He was a little curious about it, but he fell asleep along the way and couldn’t see a shark and so on.

After the aquarium, we went to a restaurant there. Though I wanted him to last to sleep, He woke up. I would have liked him to be awake in an aquarium.

My baby woke up around last night and cried for a long time.Experts say “When babies cry, they cry to remember their day”. M baby went to an aquarium yesterday so he had a lot to remember!

It interrupted me sleep, so today I was sleepy and took a nap at noon.

In the evening, I gave him a bath. When I mimicked sneezing for fun, he laughed more than he ever has in his life. I called my wife and had her take a video.

Today I bought “Final Fantasy 7 Remake” at half price. Though I played a few chapters, this game is more like a “Gal-Game” than an RPG. Moreover, it’s too busy and dizzy for the 31 year old beginner at gaming like me.

New Year’s Eve. Though it’s a special day, I spent a usual morning - I woke up after seven, gave my baby milk, and did housework.

I set English as my goal for the new year. I’m an engineer so I need to improve my engineering knowledge and skills. Hence I had been studying both engineering and English this year, and that was too busy for me.

So I decided to give priority to English rather than engineering. I’m gonna continue to study English so that I’ll be able to get American TV programs, especially broadcast of NFL, and talk with foreign colleagues.

(Though I wrote as above, I was interested in Rust, which is a programming language, and I’ve read the official document. But in English!)

I started to take dictation with the following video, which is an interview with Jay White. He’s one of the best wrestlers in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Today I had done till 0:28.

Which one? The choises are between the two guys, Ibushi and Naito. Which one would I like to face? I said time and time again. It really doesn’t matter.
I’d like to face the guy, who earns it, and deserves it on January 4th and he makes it through that match.
that’s who I’d like to face.

2021 started. I will make this year “English Year”.

In the afternoon, I went to the shrine with my family. Because of COVID-19, we decided not to go to a popular shrine, but go to the near shrine.

There we pray and bought “Hamaya”. Hamaya is a bow of Japanese archery and means that it gets rid of bad things.

At night, I watched TV. The program for new year’s day is so wonderful that I had watched it late. I wrote this diary just before midnight.

I woke up at seven and did housework.

Today I cooked for baby food to cut onion and carrot finically and heat them for over 30 minutes. He was glad to eat it. I cooked so much that froze them in an ice-cube box.

Tomorrow, Packers vs. Bears is going to be held at 6:25 in Japan. Green Bay beat Chicago in week12 two month ago. Tomorrow will be the same result, I wish.
